Pink Day Activity was conducted for the K. G. Section of DPS Allahabad.
It was done to introduce the colour Pink.
Children were asked to come in Pink dress and to bring pink objects.
They also made bunny in craft.
They enjoyed the activity.

The K.G. Section of DPS Allahabad conducted the Bird Feeding Activity on 01-05-2015.
They made bird houses and bird feeders with waste boxes & bottles with the help of teachers.
They were asked to bring rice & porridge for the birds.
They were sensitised about caring for the animals and asked to
do the same activity at their home.

Rakska bandhan signifies the strong bond of brother and sister relationship. The string entangles the relation with love and affection. The promise of the Brother to secure and support his sister at all times.

An enthusiastic activity of making Rakhi and card was held today. The students indulged and engrossed themselves in making Cards. Everything went very smoothly and the result was very colorful. The hearty and warm welcome of this festival of bond was being exhibited in the gush of happiness among the peer group.

The primary section of DPS, Allahabad has celebrated the Mother's Day on 10th May 2013 by doing various activities as:
Card Making.
Decorating the Jewellery boxes.
A letter writing to their mothers.
They were also asked to give a surprise to their Mothers on 12th May 2013 i.e., Sunday and make it a special day for her.

School Assembly began with a short prayer Invoking God's help and blessing at the start of a new day.
On the occasion of Ramnavmi, Class IV-A conducted a special assembly on 18th April, 2013 in which children highlighted the history behind the celebration of Ramnavmi. All the students performed well. Each of them worked hard and confidently gave an enthralling performance.
School Assembly inculcates discipline among the students. They learn patience as they stand quietly in their respective lines. They learn to listen to others and critically evaluate the presentations later on.
